We welcome you and look forward to you joining us this summer in the beautiful Lake Tahoe Basin! The following information will hopefully make it easier to find and book lodging for your stay. We also have a long list of campgrounds within the Lake Tahoe Basin. 
HOST HOTEL
The Plaza Hotel in Carson City, NV will serve as our event host hotel. We have blocked 108 standard rooms for your convenience. All other rooms will get the special rate but are not blocked out and are on a first-come first-serve with the general public. Those wishing to take advantage of these special rates will need to reserve rooms by no later than June 15th, 2008. Please call them toll free at (888) 227-1499.
Rooms are as follows: Standard: 79/night + 10% tax Includes 2 queen beds, sink, microwave, and fridge. Deluxe: 89/night + 10% tax includes 1 room studio apartment Queen Suite: 99/ night + 10% tax includes separate bedroom and living area, queen size bed King Suite: 109/night +10% tax includes separate bedroom and living area, king size bed, stove & oven Click here to visit the Carson City Plaza website There are also numerous lodging opportunities throughout the Lake Tahoe Basin and nearby Carson City that are within a 30 minute drive of our event site.
In addition there are many other options including motels, vacation rentals, Bed and Breakfast facilities and many Hotel Casinos.
