We're very pleased that you have decided to join us. We look forward to running the miles with you and hope that we can add something of value to your running ventures. We also appreciate any and all feedback you might offer in our continuing effort to grow and become a stronger club. We encourage your participation in our monthly meetings (held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.) and other club events. But most of all, come run with us!!

Summer Run Schedule
For all levels, runners and walkers. Fun runs, workouts, races and social events
Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. @ South Tahoe Middle School Track: Speed workouts.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. @ various locations: Social runs and breakfast club. Locations dependant upon weather and road/trail conditions, distance and speed will vary depending upon the desires of the runners present.. Occasional "off-the-hill" runs at varying locations, including the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, the Sacramento Valley and Minden/Gardnerville. Breakfast will normally follow (we run so we can eat) at revolving locations (both at club member homes or local favorite restaurants.)
Sunday, 9 a.m. @ various locations. Run distance and course will vary. These runs will normally between 6-10 miles, but for those who are interested or within a structured training program, some club members will occasionally extend the Sunday run to longer distances (15-20+ miles).
