We are pleased to announce that the HORIZON CASINO RESORT will be the RRCA National Convention host hotel. They are professionals at welcoming guests and conventioners world-wide and are looking forward to serving you and your family while visiting beautiful Lake Tahoe.

While preparing for you're arrival we've made the following accomodations. For those wishing to stay at the Horizon Casino Resort we've blocked rooms from May 9th through to May 19th:

Sunday–Thursday
$99 per night (plus tax) for single/double occupancy; triple $109, quad $119

Friday-Saturday
$129 per night (plus tax) for single/double occupancy; triple $139, quad $149

To book lodging at the Horizon Casino Resort just call the Group Reservation Number at (800) 648-3322 and give the reservation specialist the RRCA convention GROUP CODE "RRCAA". THE RESERVATION DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL MARCH 26, 2004. Reservations beyond that date are subject to availability.

And as a special, possibly once in a lifetime, option for ELVIS fans! We've blocked out several dates during Convention week to make the ELVIS SUITE available to you at tremendously discounted rate (availability subject to change). This suite, located on the northwest side of the 14th floor, is the only place ELVIS stayed while performimg at Lake Tahoe. This Dignitary Suite is equipped with oversized private bathrooms, and exercise room, a pool table, bar with refrigerator, Elvis memorabilia, fireplaces, color TV's, coffee makers, bathrobes, iron & ironing boards, hairdryers and more. The suite is approximately 1,500 sq. ft. and offers both mountain as well as lake views from two balconies. (Click on the adjacent image for a virtual tour of the Elvis Suite.)

This suite normally rents for $500 or more per night but you can reserve it for just $300 per night (available for booking May 9 - 13 and May 16 - 19, 2004 -- Sorry, but we've booked it for Convention hospitality open to all on both Friday and Saturday evenings).

Additionally, for those of you looking for an alternative to a Casino setting, we've made the follwing arrangements at the Embassy Suites, which is located approximately 1/4-mile west of the Horizon Casino Resort. We've blocked rooms from May 12th through to May 16th:

Sunday–Thursday
$129 per night (plus tax) for single/double occupancy; triple $149, quad $169

Friday-Saturday
$169 per night (plus tax) for single/double occupancy; triple $189, quad $209

Room rates include FREE daily continental breakfast and evening social hour with coctails and hors d'ouevres
