Once again this year we want to thank each of you for helping us lessen our impact on this spectacular area. By assisting us with the following we reduce our impact noticeably.

• Please bring your own water bottle or hydration system to lessen paper cup waste. We will have a limited supply of paper cups.
• A blue dumpster will be next to the normal garbage dumpster. Around the event site will be blue garbage receptacles lined with blue trash bags. Please use these receptacles for all "recyclable" paper, aluminum and glass waste.
• We will not issue "goodie bags" again this year. So much of the normal race goodie bag contents end up as waste. Important notices, race registration forms and sponsor information will be available for individuals who truly want the information.
